Bridge Overview

Microsoft Project and a software program called Process Bridge is taught in this course. Process Bridge customizes Microsoft Project to flow with a planning and tracking methodology called Project MAP (Phases, Steps & Actions) that is presented in other workshops. In addition, participants are provided with over 70 project management Word documents, PowerPoint presentations, and other related tools that can be used with standard Office products.

Assign resources and level workloads in Microsoft Project
Update and analyze project progress in Microsoft Project
