The Project Leadership Seminar provides an executive level summary of Project Management techniques used by successful individuals who are Project Sponsors, Project Champions, and Corporate Leaders.  This seminar also reviews the best practices in project management processes and its associated concepts and methods.  After attending this seminar, participants will understand key causes of project failure and success!
